well, what a difference an hour makes????  the girls and i went to dallas yesterday.  had to get my cuckoo clock from the repair shop.  it was a quick trip but we had a good time.  nothing like spending quality time with your daughters.  found out our grandson, keaton, helped his parents paint his room.  jennifer said when she got up yesterday the white cat was red.  we know what that means.  keaton tries so hard to help but a 4 year old can only do so much???????the high yesterday was 101.0º.  the low this mornin' was 72.9º.  13 degrees warmer than yesterday?  the humidity is climbing too.  it is now at 86%.  the barometer is at 29.97 and falling.  the wind is out of the east at 2 to 4 mph.  and we haven't had a drop of rain.  looks like we have a couple of chances this winds are calm and out of the east.  the barometer is at 29.88 and steady.  we had to go toparis yesterday and we got a few sptinkles on the windshield.  but no rain at home.i heard on the news that there were 43 days of over 100 degrees in dallas.  in 1980 on august 6th we had 42 days of over 100º.  i don't remember how many more days we had that year after the 6th, but our air conditioner went last night that there was some trouble keeping the signal on tv too.  i had read where there is a problem with solar flairs so that could explain some of the troubles.  got a busy day now.  hope
